Cancellation Policy

At Transforming Positivity into Power, we strive to provide exceptional experiences that require careful planning and coordination. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, because our experiences are designed based on participant numbers and involve dedicated practitioners, we have adopted the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties involved:

Participant Cancellations:

• More than 7 days before the session: Participants can cancel up to 7 days before the experience for a full refund. This time frame provides us with sufficient opportunity to offer the spot to another interested participant and manage our resources effectively.
• Less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours before the session: Cancellations made within this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee compensates for the partial commitment of our resources and practitioners.
• Less than 48 hours before the session: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the session, no refund will be issued. At this late stage, it becomes challenging to fill the vacated spot, and preparations and costs have already been committed.

Experience Cancellation by TPP:

• In the rare event that we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., practitioner illness, severe weather), participants will be notified immediately and given the option to reschedule for a new date or receive a full refund.

Participant Substitution:

• If you are unable to attend and it’s past the cancellation deadline, we welcome participant substitutions. Please inform us at least 24 hours before the event if another person will be attending in your place.

Special Considerations:

• We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel due to a serious personal or family emergency, please contact us to discuss your situation. We handle these cases on an individual basis to find an equitable solution.
