Join us for this transformative experience as we share space and engage in well-being activities crafted to stir a sense of rebirth for this refreshing new season. This joy-filled journey is designed to spark a bright awakening into 2024’s second quarter by inspiring you to embrace all that is exquisite and exciting about yourself while exploring all your hopes and dreams- just waiting to blossom fully! We hope you’re ready to welcome this opportunity to renew yourself by focusing on the power of both sound and movement- allowing these key modalities to inspire your continued growth for this spring season of renewal!
